The Glowy Skin Secret No One Talks About
When we think about glowing, youthful skin, most of us jump straight to skincare routines, serums, and expensive facials. But there’s a powerful (and totally free) beauty secret that too often gets overlooked: sweating.

Forget complicated workout routines or grueling gym sessions. My favorite (and most sustainable) way to get that skin-clearing sweat is simply: walking.
Walking increases your heart rate just enough to get the blood pumping, stimulates circulation, and helps your body gently detox—all without leaving you exhausted. Even a 20–30 minute walk outside can make a difference, especially if you do it consistently.
